SMALL GROUP COVENANT

A mutually-agreed upon Small Group Covenant is a great way for a group to establish the ground rules ahead of time. Taking time to create this agreement will limit disagreements and disappointment, help to eliminate non-productive behavior, and give members a common language for group life.
