Since 2012 Embrace Me! has provided resources and aid for individuals pursuing adoptive or foster parenting. Participants in the program receive training and are provided the tools to successfully begin the foster care or adoption process. This program is designed to mitigate the impact of decreasing foster home availability in the region by recruiting and equipping new families, while providing help to current foster care families.
