Our goal is to create a multi-use community outreach center to serve the physical, spiritual, social and economic needs of those who are seeking support. The Outreach Center will continue and enhance the ministries and services provided by the current CityLink campus.

The Masterplan proposes to construct and operate a mixed-use project. Phase 1 and Phase 2 will include two multi

purpose buildings with over 40,000 square feet to be used for food pantry

storage and distribution, community services, offices and assembly. Phase 3 is expected to include the construction of 36 mixed use apartment dwelling units.

The approx. 4.6 acre site is located at the southwest corner of Citrus Avenue and Arrow Route, 1-mile west of downtown Fontana.
