SHEPHERD STAFF PROGRAM— QUARTER ONE Sun. from 9/18-11/27 at 11:30am in Seminar L Shepherd’s Staff Caregiver training is a certificated program that prepares students to prayerfully and biblically offer support, encouragement and opportunities for growth towards those who are hurting. The training consists of three quarters and classes are taught by WOL staff and guest speakers who are topic experts and have many years of experience in the field. Students will receive instruction in several areas including: Model of Healing; Understanding Ourselves; Relating to Others (Divorce Recovery, Anger, Depression, Grief, Domestic Violence, and other topics will be discussed); Skills (Listening, Question-Asking, Empathy) Idols and Addictions; and Understanding Families.
