This practice is for every ”body.” We worship the Lord through active body movement, focusing on His Word and listening for the Holy Spirit. Our aim is to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind and strength as outlined in Mark 12:30. “Come as you are” and leave refreshed. Bring a mat and a water bottle.
