MINISTRY & GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT II Prerequisite: Mission and Core Values, Ministry and Gifts of the Holy Spirit I This eight-week class is designed to be a practicum and picks up where Ministry and Gifts of the Holy Spirit I leaves off. MINISTRY TEAM TRAINING I Prerequisite: Mission and Core Values, Ministry and Gifts of the Holy Spirit I and II This five-week class is for those who would like to learn how to pray and minister at the Altar and in various other ministry situations using the Five-Step Prayer Model. PRAYER 101 Have you ever felt stuck or limited in your prayers? So did the disciples...until Jesus taught them how to pray. Come join us in this seven-week class as we examine prayer from a Biblical perspective, giving you practical ways to increase your effectiveness in prayer and explore the ways God speaks to us. SCIENCE & THE BIBLE “For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen being understood through what has been made…” This 10-week course applies the principles of Romans 1. Our goal is to tear down the walls of divisibility between the Church and science while glorifying God through His creation. How old is the earth? What happened to the dinosaurs? Can we trust scientists? We examine how God’s character is revealed by multiple scientific disciplines (astronomy, biology, geology), discuss the issue of “time,” and dive into recent scientific discoveries to uncover the amazing element of “design” that permeates the universe— design that portrays a Designer.
