PLEASE NOTE: All WOL activity groups will be practicing CDC guidelines. Activities may be subject to change and/or moved outdoors depending on WOL Small Groups reopening guidelines.

BIKE TRAIL RIDE GROUP Open to both single riders and families. This is a 2-hour round trip ride, on the Pacific Electric Trail. There will be different starting and stopping points for those unable to ride the full trip. We’d love to have you join us. For more information, please contact John at 909.262.2915. STRETCH & PRAY Stretch and Pray is a worship experience class that offers all of the physical benefits of strengthening postures and is done with scripture, prayer and worship music speaking to a weekly theme. The classes are co-ed, non-competitive and a great way to release stress by breathing in God’s goodness and breathing out negativity and toxicity. Bring your mat, towel and water bottle. $5 suggested fee at the door.

Water of Life has these sports available for you! Volleyball: 3:00pm-6:00pm Basketball: 6:00pm-9:00pm These groups are all co-ed. For more information, contact ayeshac@wateroflifecs.org. BOOTCAMP: WOMEN Boot camp is a class with a variety of strength training and cardio exercises through various timed stations. As you rotate through each station, you will challenge your cardiovascular system and build muscle strength and endurance while also building comradery with fellow members. Beginners, as well as more advanced participants are invited.
