GRIEVING MOMS—FINDING HOPE Mon. from 1/20-4/27 at 6:30pm in the Seminar Building, Seminar N This class is for moms who are suffering through the devastating loss of a child, no matter what age. It is designed to be a safe place that brings encouragement and support while walking through your journey, where you can gain hope and healing with other grieving moms. In this class you will be supported in a loving environment, provided strategies and follow up activities to help change your thoughts, and build up your skills in relationships. HEALING THE HURT: UNDERSTANDING AND HEALING ABUSE This support group is designed to bring healing and restoration to women who have experienced abuse in relationships. Contact JoAnne at x4176 for more information. THE LANDING Every Fri. at 7:00pm in 56 This program is for teenagers who are struggling to live their lives in a healthy, God-honoring way. Maybe they have been part of a dysfunctional home or have faced crisis in their lives. Maybe they simply need help developing patterns of wise choices, or they wrestle with an addiction of some kind. MEN & THEIR ANGER Wed. from 1/8-2/26 at 7:00pm in the Seminar Building, Seminar M This class is designed for men and focuses on managing and resolving their anger. NEW HOPE Meets on 2nd and 4th Thurs. at 7:00pm in the Seminar Building, Seminar I This ministry provides a safe and confidential environment for parents of LGBTQ children, to experience community and support. When parents work through their pain and confusion and process their common experiences together, they recognize that they are not alone. As we look to the example of Jesus, He empowers us to grow in loving our children well, even if we may disagree with their choices. RESTORED LIFE Thurs. 1/9-6/25 at 7:00pm (Registration closes on 1/23) Restored Life for women is a support group for spouses of men battling sexual addiction, through either infidelity or pornography. This group uses a workbook that is biblically based, time-tested, and an effective help in assisting spouses to recover from their partner’s sexual addiction—whether the addict is in recovery or not.
