BAPTISM: ADULTS & YOUNG BELIEVERS Class: Sat. 10/1 at 5:00pm in Seminars A/B Baptism will be held on 10/15 and 10/16 during all services Baptism is a key component to the believer’s relationship with Christ. This class helps you and/or children 9-12 years old to better understand the “whys” and “whats” of baptism and prepares them for water baptism at Water of Life. A parent must attend this class with their child. The class is required for anyone who is interested in being water baptized. Contact the Healing Department at x4119 for more information. FOUNDATIONS I Sun. from 9/25-10/16 at 9:30am in Seminar L Sun. from 10/30-11/20 at 9:30am Seminar L This four-week class gives the foundational concepts of how to grow in your faith as a Christian. It is highly recommended to new believers, anyone desiring a better understanding of the essential elements of the Christian life, or those wanting to serve at Water of Life. FOUNDATIONS II Sun. from 10/23-12/18 at 9:30am in Seminar M Online Group: 10/23-12/18 This eight-week class is for all Christians, new or established, who want to grow beyond the basics and move into a deeper relationship and understanding with God. This class builds on Foundations I and gives you tools to grow in prayer, worship, studying the Bible and further equips you for ministry at Water of Life. FOUNDATIONS III : BIBLICAL THEOLOGY Sun. 9/11-10/16 at 9:30am in Seminar J Online Group: 9/11-10/16 Recommended but not required: Foundations I & II This six-week class is a video series taught by Pastor Dan and takes an in-depth look at several theological topics including the Trinity.
